Our mission is to train, equip, and release women into supernatural leadership rooted in the unshakable truth of God's Word. Through Spirit-led teaching, intentional mentorship, and biblical activation, we empower women to walk boldly in their God-given identity, raise the next generation, and transform their world, on earth as it is in heaven.

• The diverse gifts and callings of women in ministry (1 Corinthians 12:28, Ephesians 4:11).
• The authority of believers to heal, prophesy, and advance God’s Kingdom.
Our Story
SLA Ministries was birthed from the lifelong passion of our founder, Shaya, a devoted wife, mother, and ministry leader with over 20 years of experience in education and spiritual leadership. Her journey—from raising a faith-centered family to serving at the Dream Center in Los Angeles—culminated in advanced biblical studies at Charis Bible College and Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. These experiences, along with a life-changing mission trip to Belize, inspired the creation of SLA Ministries, a school where women are equipped to walk in their divine calling with confidence and authority.
